Current Trends in Critical Care Nutrition

Current nutrition evidence and trends in the critical care patient will be discussed. Dr. Rosenthal will focus on literature and science regarding the chronic patient, and Dr. Evans will focus on the clinical application of nutrition therapy in the acute patient.
