Beth graduated with her Masters in Nutrition last June 2022 after we did this interview in early May 2022. Now she is working on a PhD program in between juggling clients. She is looking forward to the possibility of doing her own show in 2023 doing what she “was put here to do; educate and promote health and quality of life.”.
